German black/death/gothic metallers AGATHODAIMON have released the following statement regarding their previously announced July 26, 2008 appearance at the Metal Maniac Festival III in Baia-Mare, Romania:"We have to announce that the festival probably will be delayed and instead will take place late August/early September (an exact date will be given as soon as possible).
